What a wonderful place. Meet the brewer. Meet the distiller. Passionate people about the work they do. A gift to all visitors to the South Coast. The best railway station in Australia to wait for a train or a pick up from. This place is set to become an institution.

My first time visit to The Cooperative 1888 was awesome. I will make sure I come back here again and bring some of my American family/ friends along. I spent an afternoon at The Cooperative 1888 whilst on a short break. I met up with Ian and Theresa, they gave me a tour and explained each step and give a bit more background about their brewery. It is so good! My personal favourite was the “Rum and the Forge Whisky” The Vodka is also very nice! You can purchase a taster of all the different beers. The beer was excellent! The atmosphere of sitting in an old warehouses go together with the excellent service and company is hard to find anywhere else. The Cooperative 1888 never fail to impress.

Great beer great location about time something like this came to the shoalhaven area. Perfect for a few afternoon beers. Bar tender is very knowledgable of his product. Highly recommend

Friendly, welcoming hosts. A really great idea that deserves to do well. Took some gin off their hands...Then had to try All the beers!
