I have to be honest, I've had some negative experiences in the past. However, I must say that the last few times my partner and I ordered delivery, the food arrived quickly and hot. It was also delicious! I can see that they have improved their service and we will definitely continue to order from them. The staff have been friendly as well. Didn't answer the phone. Then told us 45 minutes wait as a walk in customer. No apology.Not good
2 1/2 hours wait for a pizza . Absolutely useless . You phone and they say 20 more minutes. Delivery due at 19:30. 20:00 still not arrived . Never use them again
Terrible service , preordered at 18:30 for 19:30 delivery , after lots of calls and now at 22:23 still nothing , they have asked if we would like to cancel after waiting that long ! or for us to go and collect …. Never again !!
Absolute joke it is the worst dominos I have ever used . Needs to get new management in and more drivers . They never answer the phone which is even more frustrating! Papa J from now on . Bye bye
Recently past few months very bad delivery. Had to wait around 2 hours and we all very hungry. We live 10 minutes from Chalfont St. Peter so do not understand the very long wait and the app was saying it was delivered an hour before it was. Very disappointed in dominos and next time will definitely buy somewhere else do not recommend!!! Hoping it will not be cold.
