First of all, the positive side is that you get large portions. Unfortunately now the negative, the food from Schäufele and the knuckle was from the day before and was warmed up, making the rind tough and not edible. The sauce was also poured over the rind to disguise the whole thing. When you asked the service staff about it, they said that you couldn't cook extra fresh for a Saturday. Very delicious food that is not so common with us in Hesse. Beautiful small restaurant with very nice hosts and everything for a small valley. One or other additional request was also no problem!
