Jolly's is a small family run... read more We were close by at the Seaney NWR and wanted a nice place for lunch. We didn't have to look far in this nearby town of Germfask. Jolly's is a small family run tavern and restaurant serving very good food. They had a special on Pasties, which are home made but, we opted for something else. I ordered the Jolly Burger, a 1/2 lb. burger with swiss cheese and mushrooms with a side of fries. It was delicious. My wife ordered fish and chips with slaw. Also delicious. the service was very good and quick. We will come back someday hopefully on a friday as they have a fish special every Friday.

I ordered their homemade pastie with gravy, and my wife had a chicken sandwich with French fries. Both meals were exceptional, and the service was fantastic! I’ll definitely add this place to my list of favorite restaurants to visit the next time we’re in the area. Thank you!

After returning late from Grand Marais beach, we were worried we wouldn't find anywhere to eat a late dinner as we headed back to our camper. Initially, we were told that the kitchen was closed, but soon after, they kindly reopened it just for us and served all six of us. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful, and the atmosphere was amazing. It was our last night in Germfask, and I wish we had discovered this place earlier in our trip. If you're in the area, definitely stop by for a meal—it's a great spot in a quaint little town!
