Subway - Germantown

I really enjoy Subway; the food is delicious. However, the young staff members here are quite rude and could benefit from retraining or disciplinary action, as they lack basic customer service skills. I've experienced this on four different occasions. Fortunately, the older employees are always friendly. From now on, I will be visiting the Subway on Wisteria instead!

I hadn't been to this Subway in ages. It's always a dependable choice. I ordered the tuna sandwich while my wife opted for the cold cut. The restaurant was tidy, and the staff was friendly.

I placed a mobile order for an Italian herb and cheese footlong, but when I got home, I found that they had given me the unpleasant wheat bread instead. This isn't what I ordered, and it reflects poor service.

I always love subway for their simple and fast prepared sub. Love their Italian Herb bread with Veggie patties, chipotle ranch , mayo , spices and few more. But w.r.t this store, Initially there was a staff who was rough and tough and was not friendly. But on a recent visit looks like the interior is also changed and the rep is also changed. Initially I always used to see that one person who wasn?t kind but now are two different people to help. They were friendly and kind. Posting some pics of the changed interior.

The owner has a sign on the door that says face mask are requested which implies you have an option. I went there Jan. 6th 2022 and 2 customers were being waited on unmasked and the lady behind the counter never said one word to those 2 customers about not having on a mask. I walked out never to return.
