Panda Express - Germantown

I want to give a shout out to the young woman who answered my phone call at this restaurant. I had an issue with my food that was too significant to ignore. She was incredibly apologetic and showed genuine care, which is rare to find nowadays. Thanks to her exceptional service, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. It was unexpected to feel so valued and cared for.

I really wanted to visit this restaurant. Unfortunately, I have an allergy to one of the ingredients used in their food, so I won't be able to dine there again. However, my daughter enjoyed her meal.

I have always enjoyed having lunch or dinner at this restaurant, but I was disappointed during my visit on January 20th. I had ordered Orange Chicken Chow Mein noodles, but I received fried rice instead. I regret not checking my order before leaving the restaurant.

I enjoy eating at this restaurant more than others because they consistently have my favorite honey chicken dish. Unlike other locations that only have it available for a few days a week, this place always has it on the menu.

The service is fast, but the orange chicken here always looks and tastes a little. There's never much sauce on it and it's too sharp. Soda machine has been on the ground for months and the only solution is a wet floor sign before it. Always had to throw away a fly that spit my drink. In view of the other fast food options nearby, I would still go here, but stick to the ride and probably get something next to orange chicken
