The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. When I called to place a pick up order, the lady who answered was very rude. She told me she was going to put me on hold, but then I overheard her saying she was off the clock and it was all mine. I would not recommend getting takeout from Laff's. In the past, my orders have often been completely wrong or missing items. When I called to address the issues, the woman on the phone would say things like it "fell out of the car" or "I know you got it," and then she would argue with me. My suggestion is to check your order at the bar or just dine in.
Food came out cold. Sent food back. Came back out refried. Wings got hard and over cooked and fries became greasy. Won’t be going back. Was my favorite place to get wings. Has been a letdown since they reopened. Shame. At least the beer was cold so the sign was only half right.
