India Palace And Tandoor - Germantown

I highly recommend this restaurant for their fantastic curry buffet selection. The lamb curry is especially delicious! I don't mind driving a bit further to this place, especially since my previous favorite spot in Germantown no longer offers buffets. The service is great and it's very convenient for lunch. Expect to spend between $20-30 per person. Don't miss out on trying the Lamb Vindaloo and Naan - they're delicious!

We ordered two goat curries for dinner. One of them was mostly bones and very spicy. The food was not good at all. I was very disappointed. We spent around $86 and it was the worst meal I have ever had. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.

For starters, we enjoyed the Bread basket and tandoori wings, both of which were excellent choices. For our main entrees, we ordered Butter Chicken (my personal favorite), Chicken Tikka Masala, Fish Masala, and Chana Masala, all with medium spice levels. The portions were generous, so we were able to take home leftovers for lunch the next day. Overall, it was a fantastic meal. Our server was outstanding and even helped us choose our dishes. We've been here several times before, during and after COVID restrictions. Our last visit has the restaurant operating like before COVID. The choice of food was vast and very delicious. We come up from South Carolina and this restaurant is always a destination for lunch. Very pleased and we'll be coming back.
