I had to pick up an order of donuts this morning Fri 10/13 @7:30. The young lady behind the counter was kind, courteous, professional, and patient. I had pre ordered Thursday saying I would pick my donuts out. To my surprise, DD had already selected them. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a muffin and ask for double egg they only gave me two eggs and no turkey sausage then when I try to call them this morning and no one picked up the phone what's the point of having a contact number if you're not going to pick up the phone View all feedback.

Service unpleasant. They never offer us any deals. Cashier should interact with customers more and advise on deals.
I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent order from Germantown Dunkin. Despite providing a picture of a pink cake, I received a blue one, causing significant embarrassment at my party. I demand a refund and will not be returning to this store. This is really disappointed you guys Not even mention birthday girl name.
2 people taking orders talking over each other. Wasn't sure anyone got my order right. Just left
