Caribbean Flavor - Germantown

I had a wonderful experience today at Caribbean Flavor with my family. We enjoyed a generous portion of the double-bara and channa, which was delicious. The squirrel dish was also fantastic. The customer service was exceptional, and the restaurant was spotless. I will definitely return when we visit Maryland again.

I visited the restaurant for the first time last night, and it was fantastic! The chef welcomed us warmly and quickly understood what we were looking for. We had a wonderful conversation as well. I truly appreciate the experience; this will definitely be my new go-to spot!

This place is incredible! Germantown really could use more Caribbean restaurants, and let me tell you, the food here is truly satisfying. It's best to arrive early because sometimes they run out of certain dishes close to closing time. I've been coming here for two years, and it was only after trying the Jerk Salmon that I felt compelled to write a review! It was grilled to perfection with all the right flavors. I devoured it in the parking lot, so I didn't get any pictures, but I promise I will next time. Just look at that dish!

Good portions and the curry duck, lamb and chicken are my favorites. Add the cabbage and macaroni cake and you are good to go!

I simply love this place!! I got the curry goat rice and peas w plantains...and yes DELICIOUS!! I'm definitely gonna be back next Friday with Hubby!!!! Thanks Carribean Flavor!!
