Bob Evans - Germantown

My fiance and I had a great time. We were seated promptly and given a good opinion on what to order. The food was delicious and the service was pleasant, even though they were busy. Thanks, Bob Evans crew!

Had breakfast with a friend. Food was good. Portions were large. Actually bigger than large. Cheerful atmosphere. Not too crowded. Very short wait which is good for Saturday morning.

I've gotten sick after every visit. Not to mention finding dark hair on our plate and then having the manager tell us it wasn't from his staff...sounds like an implication towards my family and myself...We all have light hair!

Can Google just allow for negative stars? This place is atrocious and this is why. I placed an online breakfast order at 10:25 am, I was told it will be ready in an hour (email confirmation was 11:20 am) but I got there at 12:10 am and guess what? It wasn't ready. I was behind this lady at the checkout line and she was ignored for about 15 mins, no one even acknowledged her until one of the employees told the manager to take care of us. After taking her order, he immediately turned his attention to those checking out until I told him, I was right behind the lady, even then he didn't want to check what I wanted. He did a quick glance and told me my order wasn't ready. Until then, I didn't know it took TWO (2) hours to cook a simple omelet. It seems they don't want serve you, it's almost as they are doing you a favor. I definitely wouldn't advise going there especially if you're hungry.
