Arby's - Germantown

I only received half of my order as two out of the four items were missing. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed and I was unable to have the missing items made.

I am giving this restaurant 1 star only because I cannot give zero stars. I went through the drive-thru and the employee at the window had his pants sagging, exposing his underwear. I requested a customized order due to allergies, but they got it wrong. When I returned to fix the order, they simply removed the items and scraped it off with a knife instead of making a new one. The same employee with the sagging pants did not acknowledge the mistake. The food was terrible and the customer service was even worse. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
