This is one of the must-dos of Gerlingen: Eat a pizza baked in the stone oven. You can watch them do it and put it into the oven. Don't be mistaked - the restaurant is in the hotel DoblerGreen but open to public and a lot of locals go there. Next time I'll try the home made pasta. The house wine was excellent too.
