We visited a local restaurant with excellent food and drinks. As a family exploring the city, we were unsure about our choice but were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and incredibly fresh food. What Anonym dislikes about Union:
Friendly staff. That's is all. I'm not sure what the award for the Smoked Prime Rib is all about. Hands down the worst prime rib I've ever eaten. Prime rib is not meant to be smoked. Served luke warm and the price for the cut is ridiculous. Never again. View all feedback.

Great place for lunch, the portions were generous and I couldn't finish it all. The potato salad, pork nachos, and burgers were delicious. The bar is small, quiet, and cozy with sports on the TVs and plenty of seating. Definitely worth stopping by if you're passing through.

Friendly and fast service. We even have a tour through the whole place. Make sure where you are on the map. New York in the house!!!
Good food. Great prices. $1 Burger on Wednesday night, $1 for three wings on Thursday night. There on a Friday night to find out that the grill is closed on weekends, so the owner made us a pizza for free. Live bands on weekends at the western union smoking side of the bar. One must try is the diet burgers. 1lb burger, 1lb bacon 2 grilled cheese sand, $12. They no longer serve breakfast for dinner on Monday evenings, but they have a new program. The cook makes a special, and you pay what you think it is worth. What a great idea.
We had a private party on the north side of the bar. We received excellent service from the crew despite over 30 people. The environment was fun, food was excellent. The catering was perfect. Drinks were fluid and had fun! Thank you Union Bar!
Amazing people, along with amazing food. Thank ya'll for the experience. Will defiantly stop in next time I'm in town.
Neighborhood establishment with really good food and drinks. As a family passing through town, we weren't sure if this was the right choice, but were so pleasantly surprised by the great service and super fresh food. I wish I could take the place, along with the people, home with me to Illinois. Definitely get there!!
