Very bad service, the food is no the best, I came back to this restaurante after a couple of years and it has changed a lot. The food is nothing special, the service is bad, we asked for some appetisers and they did not bring them until we ask for the second time and then they brought appetisers and dinner together after we wait for a long time. Hygiene is not the best as well…

Depois de um dia de passeio, ao voltar à vila do gerês, já sabíamos onde era o jantar. Tinha sempre solução para todos os gostos. Uma sopa, uma tosta, uma sandwiche, uma francesinha ou uma pizza, um docinho ou um cházinho, no Vai Vai há sempre solução. A simpatia do staff é o complemento às refeições. Nunca tivémos razão de queixa :)

Very badly educated personnel. At first, we waited for ages that someone paid attention at all, then the treatment was very poor. Terrible experience
