What Anonym dislikes about Tanti's:
I went here with my friend to celebrate catching up as we both turned 50 in the year, we were at another place and left due to noise from a christmas party. When you first walked in it looks like it needs a good coat of paint and some updating,The service was very friendly, even though the trainee waitress got confused with the tables, but everyone has to start somewhere. The food was the biggest let down, some of the... They say it’s hard to find good food in a smaller cities and towns in Australia, and that is absolutely true in so many places. I asked some friends from Geraldton where is a good place for dinner for a gluten free person, And their feedback was not encouraging. So when I ordered take way from this Bonny restaurant I was not expecting much….. But my was I wrong. It was a delicious yellow curry, and pad Thai to share with two people and a I was very impressed. Especially with the curry and it’s flavour, to compare with true food from the streets of Chiang Mai. As someone who used to go to Thailand every year back in the day, this meal took me back. The portion for takeaway was enough to fill me and the kind and helpful communication of the staff here was a really gift. When I next go to Geraldton I will definitely be backs
I wish Melbourne had Thai restaurants as good as this one! What a discovery!! The prawns tasted incredibly fresh, like they were caught that very day. The vegetables were also extremely fresh. I only regret that I can't dine here more frequently. However, the next time I'm in Western Australia and in Geraldton, I will definitely be dining here again.
The service at this restaurant is exceptionally sweet and friendly, and the food is delicious. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

It can be a challenge to find good food in smaller cities and towns in Australia, but that was not the case with Bonny restaurant in Geraldton. Despite my initial skepticism, the yellow curry and Pad Thai I shared with a friend exceeded my expectations. The curry was especially impressive, reminding me of the flavors I experienced in Chiang Mai. The portion size was generous and the staff were friendly and helpful. If I ever find myself in Geraldton again, I will definitely be returning to Bonny restaurant.
The food was okay, it was nice to have warm rice and hot Asian food... However we found the taste to be lacking the usual complexity that Thai and Asian food has.. The food was generally too sweet and one-dimensional... That said, it wasn't bad. It was acceptable and will suffice for any craving for Asian food.
Nice pleasant place for dinner . Variety of choice from the menu . Local taste Thail food , we prefer the authentic Thai .
Unsatisfied with the experience. Seven dishes were ordered and all were predominantly filled with vegetables, with very minimal meat included in any of them. Will not be returning.
