Port View Restaurant - Geraldton

Great view but unfortunately shocking service and cold food - when we finally got it. after waiting for nearly 20 mins for the girl to come to our table who seemed very overwhelmed and took order and had to keep repeating herself and said she was a bit out of it today !! Not a good start, after waiting again for coffee and food to arrive - about another 20-30 mins, food arrived -COLD and then had to ask for our coffee's. So disappointed with everything and they weren't that busy and only one staff member serving table and one person to make coffee. I certainly will not be going back again

The view from the Port View is, as others have said, stunning. The service is attentive and friendly and the food very good. We enjoyed a nice relaxing lunch and I am looking forward to going back there.

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The service was great and the food was delicious. The restaurant offers a beautiful view overlooking the port and waterfront, making it a lovely spot to dine.

Just had the 'Authentic beef curry'. It arrived with the smallest amount of rice and looked and tasted like a stew. Full of vegetables like a stew as well. Couldn't even taste the curry at all. Friend next to me had salmon. As she cut into it we could all see it wasn't cooked all the way through, was raw in the middle. She spoke to the lovely staff and they got her another salmon meal. This salmon was cooked the same way. She felt embarrassed to ask again so just ate around the edges of the $39 salmon dish. Nice view & great staff! Just don't go for a meal!

Such a nice place to have breakfast , away from the busy mall the Port View was a delight. Friendly and helpful staff and a great range of yummy breakfast foods, home made croissant was delishious, stuffed mushrooms, eggs benny all amazing. Much better than any of the chain restaurants and the view is just spectacular.
