Cheesecake Haven - Geraldton

Ordered a custom cake for a childs birthday party... Decoration was wrong, oh well, we could survive, and when we cut into it, it was totally the wrong cake. When we rang to complain, they just said "Oh we didn't make that kind of cake this week" no sorry nothing. Shame as I did love their cheesecakes :(

Popped into Cheesecake Haven as we were desperate for a cake for a work function. The lady that served us was friendly and appreciated our desperation. The white chocolate/caramel mud cake is lovely. Will definitely have it again.

An apple tea cake was purchased for work for a birthdayIt was very dissappointing to say the leastThe bottom of the cake was very over cooked, and Id guess this cake was baked and frozen and then defrosted before sellingWill not buy another apple tea cake here again

Went Thursday morning and brought half Tasmanian Apple Cake and Vanilla and Chocolate Cheesecake for my work to celebrate my 10 years with my company. The service was good, friendly and helpful. Took cakes to work and the apple cake was stale, dry and not fresh as advertised. I was very disappointed as have had this cake in the past and was yummy!!!
