The lady served me 30% less spag... read more I'm a truck driver working in Germany for 10 years. I travel almost all over Europe and the portions are the same for everyone. The lady served me 30% less spaghetti bolognese on a plate than the gentleman in front of me. The conversation was in German and they probably knew each other from before. She looked me up and down and probably seeing that I was a foreigner, she arrogantly asked what you wanted. Shame, I felt like giving her everything back. The food tastes very good and has a good texture. Zero service, honor to the exceptions.

The staff are absolutely rude and completely stressed. They practically rush you to the checkout. The area near the windows, where there are tables and chairs, is pretty filthy (radiators, windows, etc. . Absolutely not recommended.

Unfriendly and annoyed staff... ..after our €250 purchase at the GLOBUS supermarket, we wanted to get a coffee from the bakery stand and a Mutzbraten (a roasted... read more Unfriendly and annoyed staff... ..after our €250 purchase at the GLOBUS supermarket, we wanted to get a coffee from the bakery stand and a Mutzbraten (a roasted sausage in a roll). The staff at both stands were unfriendly. We told them we'd order one black and one white coffee, but we got one white with sugar. Yuck...they didn't mention it at all, and they immediately hissed at us from the counter because we didn't want the coffee. Our Payback card wasn't registered either . At the snack bar, we wanted two rolls with Mutzbraten, which was unfortunately COLD, and the salesperson had NO hygienic gloves on and was wiping her face. She then continued to serve her customers rudely WITHOUT gloves. ..sad that the staff were often very annoyed today
