If I'm in the Ballinger area on a Thursday, I absolutely have to stop by Beefmaster. They offer an all-you-can-eat BBQ for just $15, which includes a full salad bar. It’s best to arrive early, around 11, when everything is hot and fresh. The brisket, ribs, pulled meat, sausage, and chicken are all fantastic, and there are plenty of delicious hot sides to choose from as well. Plus, the staff is wonderful! View all feedback.

It was an okay place to eat. The decore was really cute. Old timey texas style. The steak was really tender. Loved the salad bar. We were able to catch the Thursday Buffet with all you can eat kc steak, fried chicken, amd trimmings. The Steak was really tender. The temp on the buffet was just warm. Hands down, the best steak I've ever had. Get the biggest ribeye u can get, it is worth every bite. Great service.
The prices were excessive, and the bathroom had a musty odor, but the food was tasty and the service was excellent.
This charming little restaurant offers excellent service! The steaks were cooked to perfection, and Julious was very attentive. I highly recommend it!
This place is right on with selection, price and taste.
