We were in for an anniversary dinner and had a terrible experience. Overpriced, underwhelming, staff was clearly overwhelmed, food was nothing to write home about. $18 martini that on the menu was $14, when asking the server his response was “I am not a manager”. We had a fantastic lunch at Oak Bay Restaurant on October 22nd. It was a perfect day to enjoy a meal with my husband. We dined on the balcony with a stunning view of the sun and surroundings. Michelle, our server, was a standout with her professional yet friendly and fun service. The food was delicious, thanks to the amazing team at the restaurant.
The food was fantastic and the portions were generous! We definitely plan on returning. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere was beautiful.
Everything was great except for the fact that the air conditioning unit was positioned directly above our table, causing a draft that forced us to keep our jackets on throughout the meal.
Good food, good surroundings, excellent service but very expensive .
Service was very good. If my husband and I wanted a store bought frozen hamburger we would have gone to a fast food restaurant. Very disappointed
