The Georgetown melt was delicious, but we were a bit disappointed with the truthahn BLT. My husband really enjoyed the 32 uncensored animals theme that allows kids to run around. The service at the bar was excellent, with each staff member checking on us. I do wish they had more side options other than just chips. View all feedback.

I expected so much more!!So excited to try this place since we saw it on the Square. Sadly, it was a disappointment.Being half butcher and restaurant, I expected a badass meat options but was left with sad, dry sandwiches. Weirdly, like the other comments, took a long time.I wanted a big fresh steak to show off their meat, NONE.I wanted a big pork chop, maybe double bone, NOPE.I wanted a nice smoked chicken, FAIL. This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a cold beer and lunch after a morning of exploring the shops and market. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. They offer a lovely variety of beers on tap and bottled. Their sandwiches come highly recommended as well. There are two TVs available to watch sports without being too overpowering. On the Saturday afternoon we visited, there was live music from a guitarist that added to the great atmosphere. We wished we had brought a cooler with us as their fresh meat looked perfect for grilling.
We ordered 3 sandwiches and had to wait 55 minutes for them to arrive. The grilled cheese was not melted and the other sandwiches were cold. The brisket was tough and seemed like it needed to be heated before being placed on the sandwiches. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and the beer was good, but I would not recommend coming here for the food. They may simply need more help in the kitchen.

We regretted not bringing a cooler to take home some of their fresh meat for a barbecue.
The meat in the sandwiches was delicious and made with high-quality, homemade ingredients. We tried the pastrami and it was excellent. They also had a good selection of beer.
