I attempted to order subs during the buy two subs for $5each promotion, but was told by a staff member named Kerl over the phone that the deal was not available at this location in Cincinnati. They spoke in broken English, which made me feel like they were being deceitful. This restaurant is fantastic! They use fresh ingredients, and the person who prepares the food is incredibly nice. Sometimes, they even give you a little extra.
Had a great experience here with my kid. The food arrived quick and the service is just good. Prices are fair.
The sandwich you receive at this restaurant is the same as any other Subway, and the customer service is very poor.
