I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and frequent it often. My recommendations always lead to a successful dining experience. I attempted to order subs during the buy two subs for $5each promotion, but was told by a staff member named Kerl over the phone that the deal was not available at this location in Cincinnati. They spoke in broken English, which made me feel like they were being deceitful. This restaurant is fantastic for a delicious meal! The owner is very kind and the service is quick. We ordered takeout for lunch and it was perfect.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I was disappointed to find out that this location does not offer balsamic, vinaigrette, or olive oil for their menu items. I regret ordering online, as they put ranch dressing on my Italian BMT sandwich even though I did not specify any type of sauce in my order.
