What User doesn't like about O'charley's Restaurant Bar:
My husband and I ordered the whole rack of ribs and cats dinner. We're just moving and exhausted. I had to wait to get our order. They were NOT busy, but unfriendly staff. When I came home(7 minutes away), I opened our orders.The baked potato was very small and cold. Of course, the ribs were also cold. The catfish was not cooked long enough and very fatty. We stopped at 7/28/22 and got a waitress named Abby. When I told you that this young lady was on the point, fast, polite, and took care of us as well as the other tables she had. She has absolutely amazing!!! The best service we had in a long time. And we usually eat at Tony's in Lexington, Jeff Ruby's and Coles. This young lady has a good future. And the food was great for Ocharley's tonight. We were not in a time, but tonight it was so good!!! Good work also in the kitchen!!!!
Stopped in for a bite yesterday. Manager Jessica took unbelievable care of us. She was bartender, server manager and everything. The food was pretty good. I couldn't get enough of the tortilla soup. This is a perfect stop on the way from Cincinnati to Nashville
This place is really awesome friendly staff and food is always fresh and I give a special thank you because I came here to propose to my boyfriend back in April. Jordan my boyfriend who is now my husband and my server and a few others helped out to make things just easy and really awesome so I can?t give enough stars for this location but it?s a good place to go and I would hold tight to that because I live in Cincinnati Ohio since I was born and there is only one location that I?ll go to because of how staff act and Myself like most people I prefer my food be hot when served.
