I had never eaten at Jersey Mikes before. I ordered the portobello and Swiss with xtra portobello. It was wonderful. I don’t know why I have never eaten here, but will be a regular customer. I pulled the hair out, spit out the bite, and threw away the rest of the sub. Despite having gotten it as takeout, eating our meal at home, and living 20 minutes away, the store manager refused to refund us for the sub or issue us an in-store credit stating that unless we pulled the chewed up food and the hair out of the garbage and took 45 minutes out of our evening to drive it back to the store, they would not compensate us for the waste of a meal we purchased. Disgusting and terrible customer service.

This place truly has some of the finest subs you can find at a chain restaurant. But the real highlight is the STAFF!!! They are simply AMAZING. Dave brings such uplifting energy that makes you feel special and genuinely cared for, while Madison and Bianca are absolutely delightful. You can really see that they work well together as a team. The whole staff was on point, but I just had to give a shout-out to the three I interacted with. Make sure to take care of them; they’re the kind of staff that keeps customers coming back!
