Dunkin' - Georgetown

My only big handles with this place are: back to the highway from their common entrance / exit with the hotel can be difficult, especially during the highest tourist traffic. Truckers are usually nice enough to make a break for you. Whenever there is a new number of employees (denke summer or holiday staff), you need to double check your order before you drive away.

Although they were very busy on a Saturday morning, the line moved very fast. The order we made was correct and the checkout was polite. The toilets were clean! The parking lot is crazy and it is not the easiest place to find the entrance to the parking lot, but unlike it was a good Dunkin’ location.

Terrible service . All we wanted was two doughnuts, a milk and a iced coffee . Only charged me for one doughnut even after confirming my order and was told at the window, after not being given my receipt, that because of the TWO cars behind me she couldn’t give me the other doughnut i ordered because of the “line” and i had to pull around to the front and wait in line there or go through the drive through again to fix THEIR mistake. Quite rudely might i add . You are starting people’s mornings, you need to have a better attitude and care with your customers than this.
