I went here last Saturday to buy some bread rolls for lunch. I picked up a pack of 6 multigrain rolls and asked the women behind the counter prior to buying the rolls if they were baked today. She said yes. They cost me $4.50. I got home, opened the pack and cut open the rolls to make lunch and guess what? The rolls were STALE. They were NOT baked on the same day that I purchased them. She said yes. They cost me $4.50. I got home, opened the pack and cut open the rolls to make lunch and guess what? The rolls were STALE. They were NOT baked on the same day that I purchased them. They were yesterday's bake. I should have gone to Coles some 200 m away) and paid less than half price $2) knowing that I would be guaranteed fresh bread. I'm very annoyed I was sold stale bread and disgusted to be lied to. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Bakers of Georgetown.
