The lack of a clear line structure resulted in people constantly cutting in front of me. I waited without being greeted, and it seemed like there weren't enough staff members on hand. One employee was focused on online orders while another worked at a slow pace. It took me nearly 40 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left with my order in hand.

The restaurant is satisfactory and suitable for a quick meal. After several people suggested that I try their egg salad, we decided to stop by, we have never been to a Thundercloud Subs before and my family and I had high... read more After several people suggested that I try their egg salad, we decided to stop by, we have never been to a Thundercloud Subs before and my family and I had high hopes for this becoming our local sandwich spot. Unfortunately, we were left standing at the counter and ignored by all 3 employees for 10 minutes. I even asked a lady in line behind me if this was normal for them, she regrettably informed me that it was a normal issue for this location. Needless to say we left here extremely disappointed.I do not understand why you would not at least acknowledge your customers, even if it is to explain that someone will be assisting them, after all customers are your income!!

Wiped hands on his pants one time, and made change for another customer then returned to sandwich duty. No change of gloves. We have always enjoyed this store, but better sanitation measures need to be reviewed with staff before we visit this locationagain.
