Unreliable. Would never go there again. Uses the online website to order a pizza delivery at 7:40PM. At 7:41 we received a telephone call from the store to confirm our order, payment and delivery location. At 9:30 a.m., after we haven't received the delivery or heard from the driver, we called back to discover only the store closes at 9 a.m. They have closed without making and/or delivering the order or even letting us know that they wouldn't (so we just don't have dinner as all the other places were closed at that time). Update: Store Manager contacted us the following day to ask what happened. Apparently the order was made, but not delivered because the contact details were deleted from the system. Not sure why nobody called to ask for the address. However, they offered to revoke our order and deliver us for free on the second day. They took care of enough to make it right with us, which is nice of them.

I love the pizza and everything this place makes but tonight I placed the order as usual.The delivery guy was alright so nothing about that,but I put in details and asked for NO ONIONS on the bbq pizza like I usually do.As the picture shows,no that’s not a unicorn that’s onions.What if I was allergic or something man.Anyways good food just disappointed

The pizza was good but was very disappointed with the spicy ham hawaian. It was mostly spicy with cheese and pine. The ham was not seen and if you do see, it was so thin you cannot taste. Please fix this as the ham should be the main meat there as the name says spicy ham. So i was dissapointed there.

The pizza from here is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's cooked well and other times, it's over cooked and looks burnt. They are very bad on timing. Everytime I've gone, I've waited more than half an hour for my pizza. I think management needs to take more time training their employees on customer service skills and time management.
