Mario's Juice - Georgetown

The first time I tried this restaurant, I placed an order for pickup in advance. When I arrived, I had to wait for about half an hour for my order. I noticed that they had recently reopened and were experiencing some issues, particularly with their wings. Unfortunately, I received the same poor service when I ordered again. There was a long wait to place my order, despite there being no one in front of me, and then another 30-minute wait for the food to be ready. The only saving grace was that the food was delicious.

The food is delicious, however, the service is extremely slow. I placed my order and waited for 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant, and still had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my order. This has been a recurring issue and they need to find a solution to improve their efficiency.

I love visiting marios juicy when visiting guyana. the juices are good, but I love eating. the grilled chicken is well seasoned and it is very juicy. the steamed vegetables and kartoffels are amazing. I could buy food almost every day. I recommend trying!

Large customer service (the hospitality really nice! good work), eat on time as mentioned. I like the juice! we ordered orange and passionate, so refreshing. the food was also good, we have massive burgers and jerk with kartoffel salat side.

I was told that my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 30 minutes and it still wasn't prepared. If they are busy and cannot fulfill orders promptly, it's best to be honest about the wait time. It also seems like there are only a few staff members who are putting in their best effort and providing good customer service, which seems common in Guyana.
