Backyard And Grill - Georgetown

Beautiful beautiful beautiful restaurant with the perfect island vibe. The staff and owners are nothing less than amazing. About 4 days before my arrival to Guyana, I contacted the owner via FB and let her know that my family and I would like to have our pre-family reunion dinner at Back Yard Barbecue Grill. Tere would be approximately 25 of us. She was more than happy to accommodate our large group with such short notice, she even invited a DJ for the evening. The food was great, the drinks were great and the servers were awesome. You must visit if ever you're in Georgetown, Guyana, you wont be disappointed. I'll definitely be back.

It takes a little effort to find since there is no signage. However, the food is excellent, service is great, portions are good, prices are fair. Nice menu options, cocktails and wine selections are available. This will certainly be a stop on my future visits.

The restaurant is a little difficult to find as there is no sign out front. once we found it it was wonderful! the courtyard was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the food delicious!would totally go back!

Just had dinner which included prawns, fish, salad and roasted sweet potatoes. Omg the best plus some banks, dessert and a glass of red wine. Let me be honest u must eat at this location. The place is clean, service very personal no room for disappointment and most of all the food is better than that served at the major hotels in and around Guyana. Let hard this place a ten. My advice to the owners keep up your excellent customer service and please maintain the quality of r food. See you soon.

Went out for dinner, good selection of wine. Great food, great service, great staff, really nice atmosphere. I had the fish, it was lovely, my husband had the steak and really liked it. Great value for money.Will definitely be back.
