The beef patty was de... read more I had an incredible surprise at The Bench. It was the best burger I've had in a long time, freshly prepared and definitely worth the wait. The beef patty was definitely 100% beef, and the bun was freshly baked. The portion size was huge, I couldn't finish it. I also had a cappuccino, which was the best in town. I loved the vibe, ambiance, and decor of the place - the name fits this gem perfectly. I sat on a chair while my mom sat on a bench with a backrest, as the other chairs and tables didn't have backrests and would have been uncomfortable for her. However, they were perfect for the younger crowd. We were warmly greeted and welcomed by most of the wait staff, and the service was excellent and fast. Deon, you're a winner - thank you for the delicious lunch. I will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend The Bench for anyone who is hungry and thirsty.

We had a minor problem and the manager on duty really went way above and beyond to fix it for us and ensure that we are happy. A truly great evening and I want to thank the bench once again for really going the extra mile for us, we will be back again soon!
