It's always a delight to discover the different pop-up shops that appear along the walkway, and the staff in the stores are exceptionally helpful.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and offers a spectacular view of the ocean. However, the service could be improved; it seems the waitstaff tends to chat with their coworkers at the bar instead of focusing on their customers.

From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The Garden Route Mall boasts an impressive selection of stores, catering to every shopper's desires. From renowned international brands to local boutiques, the variety and quality of the shops were truly impressive. I was thrilled to find everything I needed, from fashion and accessories to electronics and homeware, all under one roof. The mall's layout was well-designed and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience a breeze.

A nice, clean, well looked after regional mall with plenty of safe parking. Please build another one like this on the opposite side of George to reduce traffic congestion in Courtnay St./Knysna Rd. We are really tired of driving to the other side of town just to be able to shop at a nice mall. This town is very, very ready.
