Terrible service! Wait time for service, food drinks and the bill is ridiculous. Waitresses look super busy, but the restaurant itself was not busy so not sure what are the flurry was about. There are other bad reviews on Google but the feedback doesn't seem to be taken seriously. View all feedback.
Having cappuccinos with cockroaches (literally Super slow service but friendly. Thanks to the
Egg on eggs Benedict was literally RAW, as in translucent jelly! How do you lay that egg on the plate and not notice? Service was also extremely slow.
Toasted sarmie was said to take 5 minutes took over 20. Had to leave to board my plane. Long wait times, and staff not friendly helpful
The poorest service I ever received. They dont have a clue what they are doing
Efficient service, not waited long for food neither. Which is important for an airport coffee shop. However food and coffee were just OK. Kitchen quality control could improve.
