We called in to Gray's Hotel largely expecting a pub meal with a pub menu. Quite the opposite. Lovely warm friendly atmosphere and the meal was as good as any quality restaurant. I had Chicken Mignon with mushroom sauce served with a rocket, walnut and parmesan salad and my husband enjoyed his delicious roast. Beautifully presented on tastefully chosen plates. Wonderful unexpected surprise. View all feedback.

the service was excellent, and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately the seafood tower was VERY disappointing. Most of the "seafood" was supermarket packaged, cooked in the deep fryer. The fish "fillets" were a dead give away, as they were all in a uniformed triangle shape. The salt and pepper squid was VERY salty. The crumbed prawns were crunchy but dry. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great meals at very reasonable prices. Seafood tower for 2 is a favourite of mine. Comes with great sauces.

Love this pub - food is well presented, freshly made and plenty of it, you certainly won't leave feeling hungry. Menu has lots of selections to choose from and if you have room the desserts are delicious. Dining room is clean and tidy and atmosphere very pleasant. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and service can't be faulted. Excellent value for money.
You can always tell if a pub is good value by the patronage of locals, and this is the local favourite. The food is well presented and tasty although the menu is not terribly adventurous - but its a pub not a gourmet restaurant. The fish is all locally caught - between Low Head and the East Coast. It is a pleasant dining room, recently refurbished and is far enough away from the pokies to be relatively quiet. It is a small dining room so bookings would be advisable for peak times - Fri Sat night etc.The staff are friendly and the drink prices are reasonably good value. The menu is pretty stock standard - although there is a vegie stack to die for :)Overall good value for money.
