The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf (gleneagles Hospital Penang 2)

Very small selection of food and average service. Not many other choices around though unless you want to exit the hospital and go to a nearby cafe.

The place seems quite alright, it's always busy with the amount of people entering the hospital each day. Coffee was very nice, I really enjoyed it. I came back to have lunch here too, and had an Egg Club Sandwich. The portion was quite small, and the egg was dry, but overall I still enjoyed it. I'll come back and hopefully order something nicer, maybe stick to coffee and a bagel.

Terrible experience as the outlet manager S@fi is not friendly. Asked her about the price of drink, she was unsure and asked other staffs. Her attitude is bad. I doubt of her ability as I was surprise that customer ask her related of the products. She can't answer but ask other staffs!

Comparing with their competitor nearby, I always feel the staff is lack of energy and cheerful, I seldom heard them great their customer. The drink tasted ok only, sometimes it is inconsistent, the drink may be tasteless, don't feel shy to ask the staff to change it for you. We should get what we have paid for.

Very poor and slow response. 3 guys reconfirmed my free bagels and coffee..... it was complimentary for my health screening..... received after long wait......maybe for the complimentary coupons..... you may have to wait longer......
