Underrated, not known to young people but packed with elderly foodie as you can see from photo on a Sunday night. Run by a Chinese Banquet Hotel Chef with over 40 years, every dish is good! Price is a steal too, for 2 person with 4 dishes is only RM60, better spend your money here than going to expensive Michelin restaurant that's not tasty. My favorite is the Rempah Fried Chicken Wing, Steamed Lala with Lime Garlic Sauce, 炖汤 soup, Mantis Prawn. Tofu is all handmade, any tofu dish is good! 招牌 Signature dish here is Claypot Curry Prawn. Recommend to try Salted Egg Squid and Pork Belly Salted Fish in Claypot. Also menu have stir fry noodle dish set rice fried rice for someone on budget. Place deserve a shoutout, so sad to see it's quiet on weekdays as this place definitely need support from more customers! Environment wise is so-so because it is an old heritage 50 year coffee shop, so don't expect fancy air-conditioning. This is what we call 地道 and 烟火气.
