One female server whose the one that talked with that cashier try to defend that cashier. Her attitude so rude, she even dare to challenged the customer to report her to company cause she believed nobody dare to fired her. Her attitude so bossy as she was the chagee owner but in reality she's only worker at chagee. (Btw i think she's a bully cause other worker seems afraid of her..pict 2 without glasses) Please trained well your worker. I would say the taste is similar to the one i tried in shanghai. Chagee’s milk tea is light and fragrant, and i would emphasize on the lightness cause other milk tea is usually very creamy.
