Special place located in the alleys of Genzano. It collects particularities such as exposed shelves, containing particular products that can be purchased and a modest selection of wines, divided into regions of Italy. Aperitifs and appetizers of meats and cheeses (PDO IGP) are particularly served on wood cutters. Carpacci, tartare and cheesecake, signed, created and expressly told by the Chef. I've been in this place with my family... it's been a long time I've been waiting for such a beautiful, well-kept place, and with a super quality... you're the top... Very good. I will definitely come back.. .
Local characteristic... refined dishes !!! A combination of flavors that leave the desire to return...Antipasti tartare and carpacci of excellent quality, combined with important labels!! I know.
