service and impeccable frame. The plates are copyy. on the other hand, there is very good and medium in the dishes. nothing to say about the quality of the products that are there, but the salty sweet associations are not too often balanced. Too much sugar, kill the sugar. wines are still very uneven. So, very good discoveries, but also disappointments. It's so mixed. View all feedback.
The Elixir des Sens, in Genval, I am neither a columnist, nor a friend of the boss, but simply a lambda client who rejoices when finally he really enjoyed the restaurant! All right, after having been able at the end of the meal, talking with the chef/patron, Pierre Disneur, he also enjoys himself, it’s so rare and that sees it, it tastes, everything here breathes the “we’ll do everything to see you again” and I assure you that there has been. We only wanted fish, and we were spoiled. First tasting, beautiful original presentation made of a Tomato d’Amour with basil, mini croquette with cheese and small crunchy topped with avocado mousse, the tone is thrown. The second, cold jelly with herbs and crustacean mousseline, while fresh and well balanced. First entrance, smoked fish carpaccio and eel accompanied by miles of flavours, bulgour, trout eggs, young shoots and various small vegetable mousses, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Second entrance, cobble with low-temperature cooked turbotin, vegetable chutney and spice-mounted juice, nice cooking and slightly exotic fragrances. The dish, line bar cooked with big salt, perfectly cooked, vegetable lasagna, potato gratin and light cream with herbs. Pre dessert, wonderful lemon sorbet on a bed of lemon curd and Italian meringue, it explodes in the mouth. The dessert, breathtaking, is believed to eat an apple, it is crunchy and melting at once, stuffed with a red fruit mousse and accompanied by a light vanilla ice cream of Madagascar, a treat. Very nice wine, tea and homemade mignardises. Michelin seems to have forgotten them, he has a 3-course lunch at 32€ which deserves a gourmet bee. Be happy, you will not regret it and your finances either, good appetite.
Sweet mouth to dessert, everything was perfect! We let ourselves be tempted by the menu of the chef at the blind and we were entitled to beautiful surprises!

The flavors are rich and the mix of sweet and subtle tastes take you on a delicious journey. The service is outstanding, with attentive, friendly, and professional staff. The ambiance is warm, open, bright, and modern. It was truly a feast! Thank you for this wonderful discovery, and kudos to the Chef for their high-quality work and creativity. Can't wait to come back!"

First course, fish and smoked eel carpaccio accompanied by a thousand flavors, bulgur, trout eggs, young shoots and various small vegetable mousses, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Second course, turbot cooked at low temperature, vegetable chutney and spiced jus, beautiful cooking and slightly exotic flavors.
