The staff kindly accommodated my dietary preference by adjusting a dish for me, as I don’t eat mushrooms—a gesture I truly appreciated. The wine pairings were excellent, with the dessert wine being a particular highlight. If I were a local in Ghent, this would definitely be a regular spot for me.
