The quantiti... read more Very good vegetarian restaurant in Ghent, Appelier offers a charming cuisine that can be enjoyed both by the vegetarians convinced and by everyone. The quantities vary depending on whether the customer opts for a small, medium or large portion. This adapts to all hunger. The assortment of plates is well thought out and the different ingredients blend perfectly. The dishes are full of colours and beautifully presented. The lemonade with the overflow flower is delicious and homemade. The service is pleasant and can be done in French. The terrace, at the back of the restaurant, is quite charming and leaves room for a few trees and plants that refresh the place in the summer. We are well received, in a very 'cool' and casual spirit, in harmony with the kitchen. Like all restaurants in Ghent, the ticket card is quite expensive.
