My family and I dined here on the 18th December. The Gurnard starter was some of the best fish I have ever eaten, with the cooking and the charred taste coming together so well. The pheasant main course was delicious too, with the meat so tender it could be cut with a fork. The orange sorbet with the creme brulee for dessert was very unusual and worked very well to balance the sweetness with freshness and citrus flavours at the same time. Lovely experience.
Alberte always delivered a great experience. Food was amazing (special mention for the fish), wine was great and the staff friendly
We were waiting for our bus to Amsterdam and with a little time to spare just happened upon this delightful restaurant. We didn’t have enough time to try all the amazing food being prepared in the open kitchen; however the chef did make us the Crepe Suzette and it was wonderful. A really cosy, classy spot!
