Kowalski - Genova

This is not a vegan haven, but there are vegan choices available for every course (December 2022: a soup, two mains, a vegetarian dish that can be veganized, and a dessert). The vegan options are clearly labeled, making it very convenient. The food is tasty, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. They even prepared a special vegan appetizer for us.

Genova is not very accommodating for vegans, but here I was able to find a couple of good options. You can enjoy your meal in a peaceful atmosphere.

This restaurant is a great spot to enjoy a drink (try one of their Moscow mules or vodka options!) and a bite to eat. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with clearly marked options for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free items on the menu. I tried the Pierogi and they were delicious, as were the dishes my friend ordered. This restaurant is a fantastic choice in a city that may not be as vegan-friendly as Genoa.

There are no vegetarian appetizers available, but among the options of first courses and soups, there are 3-4 vegan choices. I decided on a vegetable stew served with gratinated potatoes, which was very tasty and satisfying. The vegan dessert of chocolate cake with berries was also delicious. The prices are a bit high, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even surprised us with a vegan appetizer of beetroot bread.

I found the restaurant to have a good variety of vegan options, with clear markings on the menu. I tried the pierogis and thought they were delicious, and also had a rice dish which was good. I noticed they offered a vegan soup as well, but I did not try it. For dessert, I enjoyed a chocolate cake which was fantastic. In addition to the food, they had a diverse cocktail and vodka selection. The prices were a bit high, but the atmosphere was great.
