I tried this place instead of other sushi restaurants, because it seemed as the most exclusive. Sad to say that the sushi was bad, most of the dishes had cream cheese in them . To add to this, later I had to run to the toilet. Had to listen to my locals option and go to the all you can eat sushi place, which apparently is better.
We were a group of 6 friends and went to Broadside Sushi and were not disappointed. The owner welcomed us very warmly at the front desk and showed us around the restaurant is upstairs, whilst downstairs is a very stylish fashion store. The sushi and sashimi were some of the best I have ever had. The sushi with caramelised onion and salmon was wow and I thought the blue prawn sushi was the very different and delicious! The restaurant was full on Thursday when we visited which created a great vibe. You will not be disappointed, highly recommend it! Make sure you are hungry when you go!
I walked into this place today hoping for some good sushi. As many people described, they sell clothes on the ground floor and you can use the stairs to reach the upper floor. Unfortunately I suffer from a foot injury and cannot walk up the stairs. I was very surprised to see that they have a modern lift... BUT BLOCKED BY A PIECE OF FURNITURE AND A RACK OF CLOTHS SO YOU CANNOT REACH THE LIFT! THAT'S A COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT TOWARDS PROPLE WITH DISABILITIES!!! I wanted to ask them why they do so, but there was NO ONE around in this shop to talk to. I was there alone. What a strange place it is!
This special restaurant combines what is objectively the best sushi in Europe with a unique and elegant atmosphere to create the number one dining experience in Genova
