Le Cantine Di Mattelin - GENOVA

If you don't know how to find this place it may be difficult to get there; I was taken by friends. It is a fine neighbourhood restaurant in Coronata, perched at the top of the hill surrounding the city. The food is simple but excellent. I had marinated salmon on a bed of marinated vegetable followed by lightly simmered cuttle-fish over mashed potato. Neither dish sounds very exciting as described but they were both very tasty. Cuttle-fish is treated with suspicion but some Anglo-Saxons; this is a grievous mistake. Well prepared, as the Genovese know how, it is very good indeed.

Stadio fisso quando la famiglia incontra con amici e parenti. Grazie, Mario. assolutamente da provare. la posizione della collina coronata completa l'esperienza culinaria sempre piacevole. prezzi più che onesti.

Una scoperta fantastica. Il pranzo è stato eccezionale con cibi genuini dall'antica Genova. Tornerò sicuramente.
