They took a while to get the order but then they served it soon afterwards. Nice lunch with a view! Very professional and kind:they offered a complimented coffee too

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant in August during our stay in Genoa. The restaurant is placed on the rooftop of the hotel (same building) and the setting is nice. They got both an outdoor and indoor seating area with a classic type of setting. We did enjoy the setting of the restaurant apart from the noise from a nearby AC (Should probably be looked at) The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. However the food was a real let down. During our whole trip in Italy (2 weeks) we didn't have any meal apart from this that we could actually classify as bad. The presentation was great but the 3 dishes we ordered had no flavour! No salt, no seasoning, nothing, we couldn't even finish our meal due to it being way below standard. With that said, it's a nice place to go for a drink, and with an upgrade in the kitchen to meet the standard of other restaurants in the area it's not a bad place!

The service was great but the food was very mediocre. The bread wasn't fresh, neither was the salad. The Frito Misto was salty and felt old. The ravioli was too fishy. In other words, for the price and given the great ratings this was very disappointing and I would not recommend eating here.

The food was very good and the staff was very proficient in English and French. The venue itself was very fancy.

I have mixed feelings about the place. Service makes it all exellent as the hotel in general. Honestly, the best service you possibly can find. For it, I would give seven stars. Very nice ambience, since the place itself is a historic landmark, so you could imagine how charmine it might be. Food...First of all the pictures of food you may see in the hotel are incorrect, and it would be fine for some low-end place. I got scollops and they were undercooked. Even thought undercooked is better than overcooked, but still...For the price and all expectations I would love to enjoy them cooked to perfection. My main course was sea bass. It was not the right choice. Not att all. Taste less, absolutely. And with impressive bones inside. One stoke painfully in my gum. I deeply regret my visit. For 50 euro in Genoa I could find much better place to it.
