Around there are a myriad of Focaccerie types, but the typical Genoese sells focaccia with precise characteristics. This store was recommended by an employee of the hotel where I stayed, and I must say that I was completely and tastyly satisfied. In Genoa the focaccia is an institution and a constant presence, and everyone has its own shop of trust. Located in the historic centre of Genoa. As we walk through the center we decide to look where this focacceria was located in order to order a lot of focaccia to take home as a gastronomic souvenir. The dealer's girlfriend was very kind and nice offered us to get a little bit of a taste before making an order. Already from the perfume we were conquered but as soon as we tasted it was love at first sight. Well, besides ordering already that we were here we bought two pieces. I conquered and kidnapped by perfume and taste!!! High about 1-2 cm from golden/amber color with well marked alveoli. Croccante outdoor but not dry, soft inside but not rubbery. Untated and shiny. Like the real Genoese focaccia leaves all fingers anointed! The holes on the wide surface and full of oil mix, water and salt. Perfectly salted. Warm, fragrant and appetizing. Crunchy edge and if you are lucky you will understand the pieces of the corners, the best in my opinion. Simple focaccia, focaccia with onions, focaccia with olives, focaccia with papate absolutely perfect: an ecstasy of taste, an addictive food, a poetry of the palate. Good at every moment of the day: a great pleasure at a small price. WOW effect with irresistible desire to eat a piece and after another piece. It is irrinunciable and very good, if you come to Genoa you cannot deprive yourself of this pleasure in this little focacceria. Always very crowded: a rite for Genoese and tourists. He resisted the journey perfectly and the next day he had not lost his goodness. Promote full votes. Absolutely to never give up this delicacy, I must stop from Focaccia and... Focaccia really good taste simple and with pesto... tasty!!! Small baby scones are also very attractive. Clean premises and fast and courteous service.

Frequented by different types of people including students and workers, it can satisfy the palate and the needs of all! I often spend it both for focaccia or to take a salad or a cold dish for work! Recommended!
