The chef was so passionate about his dough; he kindly took the time to explain his process, the type of flour used, and the time and care he puts into his recipe. He had a variety of topping combinations on display, and once you select your focaccia, it took about 3 minutes to heat up. It is served on a paper plate, so you can take it to-go if you wish. There is limited seating inside. The prices were 2.80 Euros for a half and 5.60 Euros for a full piece. Very reasonable and a great spot for a quick bite!
