The best pizza i ever tried in my life, strongly recommending this place. Try SUD one. It is spicy, but the best.
Buratto was the perfect spot for a quick snack of traditional focaccia. The chef was so passionate about his dough; he kindly took the time to explain his process, the type of flour used, and the time and care he puts into his recipe. He had a variety of topping combinations on display, and once you select your focaccia, it took about 3 minutes to heat up. It is served on a paper plate, so you can take it to-go if you wish. There is limited seating inside. The prices were 2.80 Euros for a half and 5.60 Euros for a full piece. Very reasonable and a great spot for a quick bite!
Perfect to eat a bite walking in the historic center of genova! practical the small table to eat admiring the neighborhood!
One of Genova’s best kept food secrets. This can easily be ranked as one of the city’s best pizzas, but given it has just a few seats and it’s open at lunchtime only, it’s rarely visited by tourists. However, if you want a very good pizza with a crunchy dough and tasty toppings, with a few euros you will have it! Quality/price ratio is unbelievable. And you can eat it in the garden nearby Colombo’s house or in Piazza Matteotti in a sunny day for a true Genoese experience!
