Best Restaurant in Genua, Good Price and good Portion. We come from Hamburo and see you
Pleasant, clean, tastefully furnished; curious is the presence of only round tables, which if placed side by side create wavy profiles, and some might not appreciate.... We ate pizza a great choice of variations, even in the dough and in some details, ingredients superior to the standard: in mine, for example, there were whole friggitelli like peppers! In any case, I would recommend always notifying the customer, because this could create the paradox of a complaint for a quality choice. The owner then explained to me that he has a restaurant in Varazze where he works in the summer season. A note: the music revival evidently via radio, at a certain moment went out of tune and croaked in a really annoying way... apparently only I noticed it. Good promo with TheFork
Dinner with my wife in this restaurant on Via Aurelia in Sestri Ponente, in a not particularly attractive area of the neighborhood. Booking made with Thefork 50% discount. The place is small and well kept and serves both a pizzeria and a restaurant. The owner also manages another restaurant in Varazze, which he dedicates himself to more during the tourist season. We had a fish first course (excellent and plentiful) and spaghetti with pesto (sauce too pale and not very tasty), for a second course a buffalo pizza (decent) and cuttlefish cooked in a wood oven (good). The service was very courteous and the toilet in perfect order. List prices a little expensive but with the discount it was a bargain. I attach our receipt for 48.5 euros.
We had dinner with friends and had a great time. Excellent food and quality, which is not a given these days! The owner was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely be back; it was a very pleasant evening.
The pizza was delicious and well-balanced. The crust was nicely baked—crispy on the outside and soft inside. The tomato sauce tasted fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The tonno topping added a rich and satisfying taste. Overall, it was a simple but very tasty pizza, and I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it.
